For Communities

We welcome communities or organizations that want to host a Books For Treats event. We’re happy to supply you with art work, guidance on setting up a successful event and a link from our site. We encourage you to link to our free, downloadable kit if you’re encouraging residents to give books to their trick-or-treaters.

We are happy to provide interviews with your local media with the Books For Treats founder Rebecca Morgan.

In order to use the Books For Treats name and tools we require:

  • Agree to the Books For Treats trademark guidelines (there’s no charge)
  • Include a link to www.BooksForTreats.org in any promotional materials
  • The event must give books without charge.

Please read and agree to the Books for Treats trademark usage at the link below. You’ll then be taken to a page for access to our logos, ideas for how to make your event go smoothly, artwork for labels for the books, volunteer request email samples and other tools. We’ll keep you apprised of updates and improvements in the Books For Treats movement.
